Conflict of interest disclosure requrements, passed by the 79^th Texas Legislature in HB 914, became effective January 1, 2006.  Local Government Code, Chapter 176, identifies requirements that affect school district trustees, the superintendent, and actual or potential vendors to Texas public schools.  Any applicable statements filed under this requirement are shown below.
